青椒炒牛肉絲Fried Green Pepper Beef
材料
牛肉絲 150公克
青椒 120公克
紅甜椒 50公克
蒜末 10公克
Ingredients
150 grams beef strips
120 grams green peppers
50 grams red bell peppers
10 grams of garlic
調味料:
A
醬油 2茶匙
米酒 1茶匙
太白粉 1大匙
B
鹽 1/4茶匙
細糖 1/4茶匙
黑胡椒粒 少許
米酒 1大匙
Seasonings:
A
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
B
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
Small amount of black pepper
1 tablespoon rice wine

做法:
1. 牛肉絲加入調味料A抓勻;青椒及紅甜椒切絲,備用。
2. 熱鍋,倒入少許油,加入牛肉絲炒至肉表面變白,放入青椒、紅甜椒及蒜末炒香。
3. 再加入調味料B炒勻即可。
Preparation Instructions:
1. Mix the beef strips with seasoning A; Slice the green pepper and red pepper into strips, and set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan, pour in a little oil, add the beef strips and stir-fry until the meat is white. Add green pepper, red pepper and garlic and continue to stir-fry.
3. Next add seasoning B and stir-fry to completion.
